PACK some nibbles, your picnic blanket and head to Belmore Basin this Sunday afternoon for Music by the Harbour.
Things kick off at 2pm, with an hour-long performance from the City of Wollongong Brass Band.
This popular group will be followed by well known local singer-songwriter Penny Hartgerink. Penny will take to the stage from 3.30-5pm.
Wollongong City Lord Mayor Gordon Bradbery said Music by the Harbour is an event with a laid-back atmosphere.
“I’d encourage everyone to take some time out on Sunday and come down to Belmore Basin and listen to some good music played by some very talented locals,” Mayor Bradbery said.
This Sunday’s Music by the Harbour is the last of Council’s Summertime Magic events, which also included the hugely popular Twilight Markets.
