Big car boot sale at Thirroul

TAGGED the biggest in the Illawarra, Wollongong City Council will host a car boot sale at Thirroul on June 23.

The giant car boot sale will allow households to take an allocated site at the Southern car park, Cliff Parade, Thirroul Beach, to sell their preloved goods.

The Giant Car Boot Sale is a community garage sale to educate the community on alternatives to throwing away unwanted goods and in turn make a bit of money.

To register for the giant car boot sale, you must complete a registration form and send it to Council by close of business on Monday June 18.

The form is available from Council’s website and also from your local library or at the Discovery Centre, Botanic Garden.
