Last beach front lots expect to fetch big bucks at McCauley’s

STOCKLAND will release the final beach-facing lots at its McCauley’s Beach residential estate at Thirroul on Saturday July 21.
The final five east-facing lots are located along the closest boundary to the ocean and Stockland’s general manager of NSW residential development Matthew Mears said the oceanside location of McCauley’s Beach has attracted a broad range of buyers.
Apart from the five beach front lots, 12 additional lots are still available with house and land prices starting from $797,400 for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home on a 461sqm lot.
McCauley’s Beach will include 167 homes and 14 townhouses on completion.
