Man exposes himself to girl at Bellambi

POLICE are appealing for public assistance after a man exposed himself to a teenage girl at Bellambi yesterday.
About 10am, a 16-year-old girl was walking north on Cawley Street, when she was approached by a man driving a white Mitsubishi van.
The man yelled out to the girl, and when she looked he exposed himself.
The girl then ran away and told her mother.
Wollongong police have commenced an investigation. The man has been described as early to mid 20s with dark hair wearing a t-shirt.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is urged to contact Wollongong Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
