A MAN has been charged following an alleged indecent assault on a train between Helensburgh and Thirroul earlier in the week.
Just after midday police attended Helensburg Railway Station after receiving information a 19-year-old woman was allegedly indecently assaulted on train between Helensburgh and Thirroul Railway Stations.
The woman was not injured during the incident.
A 39-year-old Campbelltown man was arrested and taken to Wollongong Police Station where he was charged with three counts of indecent assault.
He was granted conditional bail to appear at Port Kembla Local Court on Tuesday March 24 2015.
