A REPORT will be prepared for the Coroner following the death of a man during a charity bike ride at Clifton on Sunday.
About 11.20am, a 53-year-old Mt Annan man collapsed while riding along Lawrence Hargraves Drive.
At the time of the incident, the man was participating in a charity bicycle ride called the ‘MS Gong ride’. Police attempted first aid; however the man died at the scene.
At this stage, the circumstances surrounding the man’s death are not considered suspicious.
