POLICE are investigating following a single vehicle crash at Clifton on Saturday.
About 12.30am, police and emergency services were called to the Sea Cliff Bridge on Lawrence Hargrave Drive following reports of a crash.
On arrival, officers found a Toyota Hilux utility on the cliff edge.
The two men in the utility managed to climb up to the roadway and were treated by paramedics before they were both taken to Wollongong Hospital.
The driver, a 17-year-old P1 licence holder suffered a wrist injury while an 18-year-old male passenger suffered minor injuries.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
The Toyota was removed during daylight from the cliff edge by heavy lift equipment.
