A SECOND man has died after a crash in Helensburgh last weekend. About 2am (Sunday 18 June 2017), emergency services were called to Walker Street, Helensburgh following reports two vehicles had crashed.
Wollongong police found a Nissan Skyline had crashed into the rear of a tipper truck at the location. The passenger, an 18-year-old man, died at the scene.
The 25-year-old driver sustained multiple injuries and was treated by paramedics before being airlifted to St George Hospital. He later died in hospital on Tuesday June 20.
