Police investigating a sexual assault at Tarrawanna over the weekend have released images of a man that may be able to assist.
About 2.40am on Sunday, a woman got into a taxi at the front of licensed premises on Pioneer Road, Towradgi.
An unknown man entered the taxi and they proceeded to Bellambi Street at Tarrawanna.
Police will allege the woman got out of the taxi and the man followed her into a house where he sexually assaulted her. The man left the home and she notified authorities.
Wollongong Police have released a photo of a man that may be able to assist with their inquiries. He is described as being about 170cm tall, of medium build, aged between 30 and 40, with short grey/silver hair. He was last seen wearing a navy blue hooded jumper and dark pants.
