BAIRD Park in Stanwell Park is to have a brand new amenities block in time for the busy summer season.
This week work will begin on the installation of a new amenities block in the park. The work is expected to be finished before Christmas, weather permitting.
While the upgrade is underway, the existing toilet will remain open. It’s to be demolished, and the area where it’s located turfed once the new facilities are operational.
These improvements are part of Council’s commitment to improve and maintain key infrastructure and facilities to better meet the needs of the community.
