MOTORISTS are advised the Prince’s Highway at Darkes Forest will be closed for three nights from Sunday between Helensburgh and Bulli Tops for work on Darkes Forest Bridge.
The work requires the bridge to be lifted for the removal and replacement of bridge supports.
The road will be closed from Helensburgh to Bulli Tops in both directions, between 7pm and 7am on Sunday (May 12), Monday (May 13) and Thursday (May 16), weather permitting.
Vehicles can detour via the M1 Princes Motorway or Lawrence Hargrave Drive. Motorists should allow an additional 20 minutes travel time.
Residents should approach traffic controllers for access to their properties.
