BULLI Pass will be closed for one day next week to allow for maintenance work.

Work to take place between Lawrence Hargrave Drive and M1 Princes Motorway will include trimming vegetation, clearing gutters and drains, and maintenance of guardrails, signs and safety ramps.

The road will be closed in both directions between 9am and 3pm on Wednesday May 27, weather permitting. If delayed due to poor weather, work will be carried out on Friday May 29.

Detours will be in place via Lawrence Hargrave Drive or via the M1 Princes Motorway and Memorial Drive.

Transport for NSW advise motorists to drive to the conditions, plan their journey to allow for up to 15 minutes additional travel time, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.

Residents within the closure area will have access to their properties at all times under the guidance of traffic controllers from Lawrence Hargrave Drive only.
