Delays expected next week during road resurfacing work at Thirroul and Bulli

MOTORISTS are advised of changed traffic conditions from next week during road resurfacing work on Lawrence Hargrave Drive at Thirroul and Memorial Drive at Bulli.

Transport for NSW also advises of disruptions during road resurfacing work over three nights next week on the southbound lanes of the Princes Motorway between University Avenue and Gipps Road at Gwynneville.

Traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40 kmh and single lane closures will be in place during work hours.

Motorists are advised to allow up to five minutes additional travel time and follow the direction of signage and traffic control.

Residents within the work zones will be escorted through the work zone to their properties during this work.

To minimise impact to motorists, work at each location will be carried out at night between 7.30pm and 4.30am.

Lawrence Hargrave Drive will be resurfaced between Raymond Road and Hewitts Avenue at Thirroul over three nights from Thursday, April 15 to Monday, April 19. There will be no work on the nights of Friday, April 16 or Saturday, April 17.

Resurfacing work will also be carried out northbound on Memorial Drive on the at the Princes Highway roundabout at Bulli on Monday, April 19, weather permitting.

The southbound lanes on the Princes Motorway at Gwynneville will be resurfaced over three nights from Monday, April 12 to Thursday, April 15, weather permitting.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
