M1 Motorway to close for maintenance work between Bulli Tops and Waterfall

THE M1 Princes Motorway between the Old Princes Highway intersection at Waterfall and Bulli Tops will be closed for five Sunday nights to allow for maintenance work.

The road will close in both directions for five nights from Sunday November 28 to Thursday December 2, between 8pm and 4am.

Work will include trimming vegetation, clearing drains, litter collection and repairing the road surface, guardrail and signs.

A detour will be in place via the Old Princes Highway and is expected to add about 10 minutes to journeys.

Transport for NSW advises motorists to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of traffic controllers and signs.
