Northbound M1 Princes Motorway closed to traffic for vegetation clearing

MOTORISTS are advised of the closure of the M1 Princes Motorway northbound from Cawleys Road at Helensburgh to Waterfall next week for vegetation clearing to prepare for future work. 

Detours for light and heavy vehicles, with a height limit of five metres, will be in place via the Old Princes Highway and motorists should allow up to 10 minutes additional travel time.

The road will be closed from Sunday, October 16, between 7pm and 5am for about two weeks, Sunday to Thursday, weather permitting.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
