Disruptions expected during replacement of Towradgi traffic lights

MOTORISTS are advised of changed traffic conditions on the Princes Highway at Towradgi for safety upgrade work starting this weekend.

Work will include replacing the traffic light posts and control box where the highway intersects with Caldwell Avenue and Towradgi Road.

Work will be carried out at night between 8pm and 5am from Sunday, October 23, for about six weeks, weather permitting.

A single lane closure, reduced speed limit of 40 kmh and stop slow traffic control will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.

Transport for NSW advises motorists to allow five minutes additional travel time, drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
