‘Short term’ repairs to storm damaged Lawrence Hargrave Drive at Stanwell Tops

MOTORISTS are advised of changed traffic conditions on Lawrence Hargrave Drive at Stanwell Tops while urgent road surface repairs are carried out.

The work will involve repairing a section of road damaged during the severe weather event in March this year.

These short-term repairs between Longview Crescent and Otford Road will help create a smoother and safer road until more comprehensive repairs can be completed in early 2023.

To minimise disruption, work will be carried out between 8pm and 4am on Sunday November 27, weather permitting.

Detours will be in place via Walker Street, Tabratong Road and Otford Road. Motorists are advised to allow an extra five minutes travel time. Traffic control will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.

Transport for NSW advises motorists to drive to conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
