CHANGED traffic conditions will be in place tonight on Lawrence Hargrave Drive between Longview Crescent and Otford Road intersection, at Stanwell Tops, while urgent road surface repairs are carried out.
The rescheduled work will involve repairing a section of road that was damaged during the severe weather event in March this year.
A spokesperson for Transport for NSW said the short-term repairs will help create a smoother and safer road for motorists until more comprehensive repairs can be completed in early 2023.
To minimise disruption, work will be carried out between 8pm and 4am tonight (Wednesday November 30), weather permitting.
Detours will be in place via Walker Street, Tabratong Road and Otford Road. Motorists are advised to allow an extra five minutes travel time.
Traffic control will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists. Transport for NSW advises motorists to drive to conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
