POLICE are appealing for the public’s help to find a man missing from his home south of Sydney since Monday.

Adrian Pearce, 56, was last seen walking along Walker Street in Helensburgh on Monday (March 12).

He was reported missing by his family today, after he failed to return to their home in the local area.

Police have grave concerns for the man’s safety as he suffers from a medical condition and the disappearance is totally out of character.

Adrian is described as being Caucasian, with dark hair and was last seen wearing jeans, a t-shirt and black backpack.

Police established a command post on Walker Street and were assisted by SES volunteers and members of the VRA to search local bushland.

Anyone who might have seen Adrian or who has information about his whereabouts should immediately contact Triple Zero.
