POLICE will prepare a report for the Coroner following a fatal motorcycle crash at Waterfall on Wednesday afternoon.
About 3pm yesterday a motorcyclist came off his bike on McKell Avenue, Waterfall, about 2km east of the Princes Highway.
Police and other emergency services arrived at the scene a short time later; however, the 58-year-old man, who had sustained significant injuries, died at the scene.
A crime scene was established by police and investigations carried out.
The road was closed in both directions between the Princes Highway and Sir Bertram Stevens Drive for several hours.
