AMBULANCE paramedics were kept busy on Sunday with a number of incidents reported in the northern Illawarra.A 31-year-old man suffered a suspected fractured leg and abrasions following a tandem parachute jump after he and a male companion, aged about 50, landed heavily at Stuart Park North Wollongong about 11.30am. The man was treated at the scene by paramedics before being transported to Wollongong Hospital in a stable condition.Later in the day paramedics responded to a triple zero call after a 37-year-old man had been dumped in the surf at Wombarra. The man hit a rock shelf, injuring his neck. He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being airlifted by helicopter to Royal North Shore Hospital in a serious condition.Earlier in the day a 30-year-old motorcyclist was treated for a suspected leg fracture following a collision with a motor vehicle at Coledale. He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being transported by road ambulance to St George Hospital in a stable condition.
