Landslip repairs involved applying a layer of spray-on concrete, known as shotcrete, to sections of the slope to prevent further erosion. Transport for NSW is now putting the finishing touches on this project by resurfacing the road.

MOTORISTS are advised of changed traffic conditions next week on Bulli Pass while road resurfacing is carried out.

After six months of landslip repairs, Transport for NSW will now resurface a section of the Princes Highway on the Pass, between the M1 Princes Motorway and Lawrence Hargrave Drive, to improve safety for motorists.

Work will be carried out between 7.30pm to 4.30am on Tuesday 3 September 2024, weather permitting. In the case of bad weather, work will be rescheduled for Wednesday 4 or Thursday 5 September 2024.

The road will be closed to all traffic in both directions while the work is carried out. Detours will be in place via Lawrence Hargrave Drive or via the M1 Princes Motorway and Memorial Drive.

Residents within the closure area will have access to their property under the guidance of traffic controllers from Lawrence Hargrave Drive only.

Transport for NSW advises motorists to drive to the conditions, follow the directions of traffic control and allow additional travel time.
