STAGE two of landslip repairs are about to begin on Lawrence Hargrave Drive between Railway Crescent and Chellow Dene Avenue, at Stanwell Park.
Work will be carried out between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, from Wednesday 9 October for up to 10 weeks, weather permitting.
The work will involve excavating a 40-metre section of the slope beneath the road before rebuilding it with rock fill. Once the slope is repaired, we will resurface the road and replace guardrails.
The road will remain limited to single lane with traffic control and 40 kmh speed limit in place until work is completed.
