
THE general public are invited to attend the annual Bulli Mine Disaster service tomorrow (Sunday, March 23).
The service, hosted by the Black Diamond District Heritage Centre and St Augustine’s Anglican Church, remembers the tragic deaths of 81 men and boys killed in a methane gas explosion at the Bulli Colliery in 1887.
The service gets underway at the church from 1pm, Sunday, 23 March 2025, and the community are invited to attend.
