A PARAGLIDER was rescued from a ledge on Bald Hill at Stanwell Park on Saturday.
Illawarra Police Rescue Squad – NSW Police Force and NSW SES Dapto Unit, NSW SES Wollongong Unit vertical rescue teams were all involved in the rescue.
NSW Ambulance specialist paramedics and PRS, rescued the paraglider with the assistance of Fire and Rescue NSW and RFS before being transported to hospital.
