Bulli Tops motorway closed for five nights in both directions to allow maintenance work

THE M1 Princes Motorway will be closed for five nights starting this weekend between the Old Princes Highway intersection at Waterfall and Bulli Tops for maintenance work.

Work will include trimming vegetation, clearing drains, litter collection and repairing the road surface, guardrail and signs.

The closure will be in place in both directions between 8pm and 4am from Sunday June 4 to Thursday June 8, weather permitting.

A detour for light and heavy vehicles will be in place via the Old Princes Highway and is expected to add about 10 minutes to journeys.

Motorists are advised by Transport for NSW to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of traffic controllers and signs.
